Don’t make any assumptions from its name: There’s no tea in this shot or anything even vaguely healthy at all, really. But it sure does go down more easily than a shot of antioxidant-filled green juice with matcha.
The combination of Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and sweet-and-sour mix, topped with a small splash of lemon-lime soda, is most commonly served as a popular party shot. But who’s to judge if you prefer to drink it over the course of a few sips rather than all at once? You can even double the quantities and serve it in a rocks glass over ice as a proper cocktail.
We do advise that you make your own sweet-and-sour mix rather than using a store-bought version to make this shot. The fresh citrus juices really make the drink pop, and it takes only a moment’s more effort than twisting the top off a premade bottle.
