Meletti, The Perfect Winter Amaro
Throughout this column, we have introduced you to a series of bitter Italian liqueurs, or amari. However, Meletti Amaro differs from some of the popular bottles that are extremely light or bitter. Rich, caramel-like, almost chocolate-like, and not at all cloying, it has an intriguing range of flavors, from anise to saffron, making it a complex, well-balanced liqueur.
