Ingredients
- 3 limes, quartered
- 2 lemons, quartered
- 1 orange, quartered
- 15 ounces blanco tequila (choose a mid-range brand)
- 7 ounces simple syrup
- 7 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 6 ounces grenadine (preferably homemade for the best flavor)
- 7 dashes aromatic bitters
- 12 ounces 7UP
- Garnish: lime wedges
Steps
- Muddle the Citrus: In a large pitcher, muddle the quartered limes, lemons, and orange to release their juices.
- Mix the Base: Add the blanco tequila, simple syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, grenadine, and bitters to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
